Anglicare Australia welcomes the opportunity to make a submission to the consultation to help inform a possible commissioning approach for part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Supported Independent Living (SIL) market. We consider this approach an opportunity to strengthen SIL by ensuring need is met through high-quality, safe services, and by the Government jointly planning housing and care via a co-commissioning model.
