Anglicare Australia Executive Director Kasy Chambers delivered the Annual Gerard Tucker Oration in Melbourne on 18 August 2019. The Brotherhood of St Laurence holds the Oration each year in Melbourne at the Christ Church South Yarra, the birthplace of its founder Father Gerard Tucker.
